96th Street and Priority Way Roundabout

The existing signalized intersection will be fully reconstructed to a multi-lane roundabout. The reconstruction will include new full-depth pavement, curb and gutter, an enclosed storm water system, sidewalk, and a cycle track with new curb ramps. Any private drives located within the limits of the intersection reconstruction will be replaced. Access to properties within the project limits will be maintained at all times. Once completed, the roundabout will allow access to the new Percinium Proscenium project (at the old Party Time site). The intersection will be closed to thru traffic for the duration of construction. The project is anticipated to be constructed in Spring 2018. This project is the reconstruction of the existing signalized intersection at 96th Street and Priority Way. The project will replace the existing traffic signal with a 3-leg, multi-lane roundabout. The project is anticipated to be built in phases allowing for the intersection to remain open during construction in Spring 2018. Construction will coincide with new interchange construction at 96th and Keystone Parkway.
