South of the Carmel City Hall parking lot including work along the Monon Greenway. Project consists of design, construction and renovation of the existing Sister Cities Cultural garden. Construction to began in the Fall of 2021. In addition to this being a new major city amenity it is also a stormwater collection agent for the central, north  and eastern parts of the city. Work on this area has paused while additional planning and design is being worked on. It currently meets the needs of stormwater collection, the beutification will come (TBD).
